By using OnlyTyping (onlytyping.com) you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Using the site
OnlyTyping is free to use. You may use it for practice, fun and friendly competition. Please be a good citizen: don't attack or overload the service, don't try to access other people's accounts or data, and don't automate scores.
Fair play
Leaderboard scores are verified on our servers from your keystroke timing. Scores that are impossible, automated or otherwise cheated may be removed, and accounts that repeatedly do this may be removed from the leaderboards or closed. Display names must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may rename or remove names that are.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
Your content
You keep what you own. The only things you submit are your scores, display name and settings, and you let us store and show those as part of running the site (for example on leaderboards).
No warranty
OnlyTyping is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free, and progress saved only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data. Back up your progress from the Progress page if it matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
